I was a seeker for a long time too. And I think there's something beautiful in that longing, that pull back toward what feels like home. The seeking isn't wrong. But there is something quietly profound about the moment the need to seek falls away, and you realize the stillness was never something you had to find. It was already there. Thank you for writing this so honestly.

And

You are your own Guru.

Stillness and silence are often interrupted at least in my world and that gives me the opportunity to be present with whatever I’m experiencing within myself.

And I wonder, is curiosity the same as seeking? Because I’m very curious but never arriving at an ultimate conclusion or destination. And at the same time I feel that I’m no longer seeking answers as much as exploring without fear of getting it wrong.

Nothing is missing and I don’t know what I don’t know or what questions to even ask anymore. πŸ™

Stillness costs nothing but our own time and effort. If we are paying someone else to find it for us… that is the scam.
